Ultimate Software had numerous client events and webinars fast approaching and needed to scale their outreach in order to get the desired turn-out.
A number of their events were taking place over a short period of time in different locations so they needed a practical approach to ensure that each prospect base was quickly covered. They wished to reach out to organizations who already knew them as well as some that they hadn’t connected with before. Therefore it was also essential that they found a solution that ensured the correct message was communicated to the relevant prospect base.

The Solution

 

Ultimate Software created a series of call campaigns to follow up with the people they had already invited to their events via email. They found this to be a very effective way of getting RSVPs and the confirmations that their team secured meant that they were better able to plan other aspects of their marketing.

 

They were also hosting webinars and wished to connect with relevant contacts who they hadn’t previously engaged with. For this audience, they put together different campaigns with an appropriate script inviting them to register. As well as increasing the sign-up rate for their webinars, Ultimate Software were pleased to find that these call campaigns gave them the opportunity to cleanse and update their prospect databases as their team took note of any changes in contact details.
