Avalara had a number of client accounts that they wished to review before the end of the year. As a result of the growth in their business, scheduling these reviews which are an integral part of their customer service, presented a challenge as manual calling would take far too long. With the diaries of several Avalara colleagues to manage, they were seeking an appointment setting solution that was timely, accurate and professional.

The Solution

Avalara created a specific campaign for each of the account managers who wanted a business review with their clients. They included the online scheduler of each account manager so their appointment setting team members could seamlessly book the review meetings directly into their diaries.
